Good morning I Love Diverse Romance Readers.
This week, we caught up with author Alexandra Isobel to ask her a few questions about her book, A Seal to Slay Dragons. Enjoy this short interview.
Interview question #1: Describe what your hero and heroine would consider the perfect date night.
The local pub with friends then back to his place for couch time by the fire.
Interview question #2: What does your hero love about your heroine and what does your heroine love about your hero?
Maddox loves her free spirited trust in him. Evie loves Maddox’s steadfastness. She can trust him.
Interview question #3: For your hero and heroine, was it love at first sight or lust at first sight?
Maddox lusted after her. Evie was scared to death of him.
EVIE PENNYWORTH has trust issues, so ends up choosing all the wrong men to save herself disappointment when the relationship inevitably goes South.
Except when it comes to JASON MADDOX, the hot SEAL that’s always there to save her ass and protect her from her own bullshit.
With Maddox, there will be orgasms if she can just let go and trust him.
“I’ve never had an orgasm, Jason.”
He stared down at her. Did she just say that, or was that his memory from the last time they were here? The last time, she had peeled off her dress and unhooked her bra then stood there, all perfect tits and high heels and no fucking panties because she was using them as a scrunchie.
“Bet you didn’t know that about me, even though you watch everything I do. It’s my deepest secret. Well, that and I love to grind. It gets me all hot and bothered but so far, not a lot of men know what to do with that.”
He stared at her. Words fucking defied him.
“Shhhh. Don’t tell,” she teased him.
“Evie,” he choked out.
“But I know you can fix that, right?” She swayed seductively against him. “Fix me? Teach me to reach my highest peak like all the other girls?”
Was he really supposed to say no to that invitation, be a perfect gentleman right now?
